In 2018 there were introduced the following changes in the membership of the Company Management Board. On 28 December 2018, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr Rafał Lechowicz Member of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. with effect from 28 March 2018. Extension of the membership of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. for a person managing the Flexible Packaging Segment resulted from the growing scale of operations of that segment and, hence, the whole Capital Group.
